From Cape Girardeau, MO

Take Interstate 55, North toward St. Louis. Take Exit #150, turn left off of the exit onto HWY 32 West.  Take the first left onto HWY B. Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary is approximately 8 miles on the right hand side.

From Farmington, MO

Take OO South to HWY F. Turn left, East onto F for approximately 14 miles. HWY F turns into HWY B. Continue on HWY B for another 6 miles. Crown Ridge Tiger Sanctuary is located on the left hand side.
